Guard Your Time

We get it, it's Monday. You have rush hour traffic, never ending emails, an exercise class to dread going to, a mile-long errand list, and an apartment to clean. And that triple-espresso-five-hour-energy-caffeine drip is not cutting. Not even close. 

But you have a choice. You can let the bad stuff eat your lunch, or you can focus on the good. And, since we don't like sharing our lunch, we're going to focus on the good things. 

What you're thinking is directly related to how you're feeling, so focus on the good stuff. Even if it's that glass of wine you have waiting for you at home.
