These Celebrity Best Friends are #BFFGoals
What is a best friend?
By definition, it's someone you value above other friends in your life. How does someone become our best friend? And how do we become a best friend to someone else?
Some attribute it to shared history, or finding people who laugh at the same silly things as you do. It can be someone who is honest just when you need them to be. It could be someone you can count on who knows all of your faults and loves you despite them. They're the family you chose.
Your best friend can come from a different school, industry, country, religion, race, you name it, but underneath it all is a bond unlike any other. Put simply, no two best friends are the same.
As a tribute to some of the greatest friendships of all time, we're giving a rundown of some of our favorite celebrity BFFs. We think these BFF relationships are #goals:
Salma Hayek and Penelope Cruz
Because they show us that best friends are forever.
Beyoncé and Gwyneth Paltrow
Because best friends don’t stop two of you, they include the whole family.
Taraji Henson and Jussie Smollett
Because even though things get real on-screen, they always seem to make each other laugh IRL.
Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King
Because these two serious powerhouses know how to keep it casual.
Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox
Because they went from Friends to best friends. Literally.
In one universe, eight planets, 195 countries, and seven seas, you found each other. There's no BFF quite as special as your BFF, so whoever your best friend is, celebrate them.
